A live-work unit offers similar advantages to a home office, but it is often easier to prove your deductions to the Internal Revenue Service for a live-work unit than a home office.
We have these desirable homes at Garden Grove in two sizes and 4 floor plans. All the live-work units feature 3 bedrooms and 2 ½ baths (there is also a half bath downstairs in the commercial space). A two-car garage is on the ground floor with direct access to the commercial space as well as the home above.
The large garden homes come in two different floor plans of 2,150 sq. ft. each, with 4 bedrooms and either 2 ½ or 3 bathrooms.
